Luxury Stylist Academy — Terms & Conditions of Use

NOTICE

These Terms & Conditions are legally binding. Please read them carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any Luxury Stylist Academy (“LSA”) products, including the Luxury Stylist Academy Planner/Workbook and any accompanying digital resources (“Products”).

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any LSA Product, you agree to these Terms.

1) Agreement + Definitions

All LSA programs, products, and services are owned and provided by Luxury Stylist Academy / Simplistic Elegance (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
“You” refers to any purchaser or user of the Products.

These Terms govern how you may use and access the Products. We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted with the “Last Updated” date above.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use the Products.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Products. If we discover that a minor has purchased or accessed the Products, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately.

3) Digital Product Delivery

LSA Products are delivered digitally (and may include PDFs, templates, downloads, or portal access). Delivery occurs via the email provided at checkout or through the platform used for distribution.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check spam/junk folders.

4) License + Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)

When you purchase an LSA Product, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Product for your individual use.

You may:

Download and print a reasonable number of copies for your personal use

Use the planner/workbook in your business for your own planning, client tracking, and goal setting

You may not:

Share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Product

Post the Product (or any portion) publicly or privately online (including Google Drive links, Dropbox, groups, etc.)

Provide access to your purchase to team members, assistants, friends, or other stylists who have not purchased their own copy

Claim ownership of our materials or remove copyright notices

One purchase = one user. If your team needs access, each person must purchase their own copy.

5) Intellectual Property

All content included in LSA Products (including text, worksheets, templates, graphics, designs, concepts, branding, logos, page layouts, and downloads) is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or resale may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

6) Payment Terms

Prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time. Any promotions, sales pricing, or special offers apply only for the timeframe stated on the sales page/checkout page.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you authorize automatic charges according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

Late payments: If your payment method fails, you are responsible for updating payment details. We reserve the right to pause or revoke access until the account is current.

7) Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because these are digital products delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

If you experience a technical issue receiving your product, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery and access.

Chargebacks: You agree to contact us first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to revoke access to all products immediately and dispute the chargeback with proof of purchase/access.

8) Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to any Product immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms (including sharing, redistribution, or resale). Termination will be without refund.

9) Disclaimers (No Guarantees)

Educational purpose only. LSA Products provide education, planning tools, and business frameworks. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

Earnings disclaimer: We may reference outcomes or results, but we do not guarantee any specific results. Your results depend on many factors (market, pricing, skill, consistency, availability, execution, client demand, etc.). Individual results will vary.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Products, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or missed revenue.

All Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11) User Content + Testimonials (If Applicable)

If you voluntarily submit feedback, testimonials, photos, or results, you grant the Company permission to use your submission for marketing and promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

12) Privacy

We respect your privacy. We collect personal information (like name and email) to deliver products, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party processors (payment providers, email delivery platforms, and course hosting platforms) may process your data to provide services. By purchasing, you consent to this processing.

13) Dispute Resolution + Governing Law

You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
